Issue #1（[SPEC] ARK MVP - 知识方舟跃迁游戏化学习引擎）

What to build

核心学习循环：粘贴手打笔记→AI批量模糊校验mandatory要素覆盖度→覆盖度报告（先列已覆盖要素✓回显笔记要点，再列缺失要素）→可请求AI微讲解（10燃料）→校验通过进入开采仪式页（矿石→零件分解图+笔记要点逐条回显✓+燃料飘字+星球光晕脉冲）→矿点状态mounted。开采奖励7-13随机，稀有矿脉×2。

Acceptance criteria

  • POST /api/notes/validate 返回CoverageReport（已覆盖/缺失要素清单）
  • 校验失败页先显示已覆盖要素再显示缺失要素
  • 请求AI微讲解扣10燃料
  • 校验通过并accept后矿点mounted，开采奖励7-13随机入账，稀有矿脉×2
  • 开采仪式页完整：分解图+笔记要点回显✓+燃料飘字+星球光晕脉冲
